2026 Writer Bootcamp- Q1-Cohort 1

A 30-Day Cohort Writing Challenge for Emerging Writers hosted by The Sophis Agency and led by Teambera Ware Ford, Editor-in-Chief. Ford has over a decade of experience as an educator, writer, director, and producer. This bootcamp is designed for emerging writers and anyone who wants to improve their craft, get published, and gain bylines.

WRITING CHALLENGE TIMELINE:
Challenge Runs: January 15-February 15, 2026
Final Submissions Due: February 15, 2026, by 11:59pm (CST)
Cohort Publications Begin February (Tuesdays, Rolling Basis)

PUBLICATION & BYLINE POLICY
Selected and refined participant articles will be published on The Sophis Agency platform with a byline and credited as The Sophis Agency contributors. All participants who complete the program will be supported toward publication. Some pieces may be published immediately, while others may go through additional refinements before publication.

ATTENDANCE POLICY:
Live attendance is strongly encouraged for the introductory and training sessions, as they set the foundation for the program. If you are unable to attend, please email us within 24 hours, and we can hold your one-time spot to return for the next cohort start date and next steps. Repeated no-shows without communication may result in removal from the program.

REFUND POLICY:
Due to the limited nature of cohort spots and the digital delivery of this experience, all registrations are non-refundable.
